Race Day

The annual Ben and Tim Day race was yesterday. I went over with my mom to the Hershey High School at 6ish which I surprised myself that I did (that early!) I handed out the race numbers as people came through the registration line. Then I ran the mile. I didn't do too well. I haven't been working out like I should and I could kick myself in the butt for that. Last year I ran the 5k. I want to do that again next year.

These are my times from previous years:
1996- 9:58 mile

2003- 9:50ish mile 3rd in 15+ females

2004- 8:58 mile 1st in 15+ females (note this was before Joe and when I was running almost everyday- gotta get back to doing that!)

2005-?

2006-?

2007- 5k 39:43

2008- we won't go there- ok fine...11 minute mile- depressing.
